1 General Terms & Introduction

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

H31bd is an 18+ platform. No one under the age of 18 may register or participate in any gaming activity on this platform. A date of birth is required at registration — providing a false date of birth will result in immediate account closure.

H31bd reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Identity verification via national ID or passport may be required when submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

H31bd cannot be accessed from restricted regions. If an account is operated from a country or area where online gaming is legally prohibited, h31bd reserves the right to close that account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

6 Betting Rules

When placing bets on h31bd, each bet is assessed based on the platform's established rules. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet, h31bd's decision shall be considered final.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• H31bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.

7 Prohibited Activities

If a user engages in any of the following activities, h31bd reserves the right to terminate the account and confiscate the balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using cheats or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Filing a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Harassing or insulting other users.
• Using h31bd for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

H31bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice, particularly if:

• A security or fraud risk is identified.

Users who wish to close or temporarily suspend their account may contact h31bd support. Any valid balance remaining in a suspended account will be refunded after verification; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

H31bd strives to operate its services to the highest standards. However, h31bd is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or the user's own device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss to a user's account due to unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence.
• Losses incurred during service interruptions caused by regulatory changes or legal requirements.
